My philosophy focuses on developing and maintaining a long-term trusted relationship with clients whilst demonstrating integrity and professionalism. I believe I can provide my clients with a bespoke personal, understanding and friendly service that is rarely seen in today's financial marketplace.

About

I began my career in Financial Services with CGU in 1998 and have gained extensive experience as an adviser working with Aviva where I was awarded one of the highest recognition's in 2005 being named “The Best of The Best” for being the top all-rounder for client relationships and adding value. In 2006 I was approached to join the Wealth Management arm of the Bank of Scotland where I helped private banking clients effectively organise their financial affairs. During my 15 years in the industry I have gained expertise in many areas of financial planning.


I firmly believe in building strong long term relationships with my clients and conducting regular reviews to take account of their changing circumstances. In 2020 I became a Chartered Financial Planner which is one of the most prestigious accolades in the industry.


Expert effective holistic financial wealth management advice can make the difference between a prosperous future and the disappointment of unrealised potential. Put another way, I am able to help clients change” life uncertainty” into “life control”.


At Liam Baillie Wealth Management we take a simple approach to strategic planning; making the big decisions easy for clients. Big decisions are only difficult because of perceived complexity. We eliminate this complexity, providing you with clarity and the decision making becomes easy.


I help my clients make smart decisions about their money, having provided strategic advice and guidance to clients since 1998. I help create really effective holistic financial strategies through wealth management techniques that empower my clients to create and enjoy better futures.


However, effective financial strategy planning is meaningless unless you understand your own ambitions. So we passionately believe that everyone should know the amount of accumulated wealth required for them to be financially independent and enjoying their desired lifestyle.


My experience has demonstrated that there are a number of common mistakes that most people make when it comes to financial planning. If any of them apply to you, it’s probably worth talking to me:
